    This is a private company with global activities in the oil and energy sector.

    Could there be some activity relating to this vehicle!?

    A reverse listing of MEPS would be exciting. Obviously as a private company it is not very transparent however with a name like MEPS it would attract a lot of attention with oil >$80bb.
