benb: Assuming they print new shares to the value of US$250,000 for the part payment, then a lower SP means more shares and a higher SP means less shares required...?? Is it a requirement from noxxe to have more rather than less, knowing the SP will eventually rise?
OR, does Emerald buy the shares on market to give to noxxe?
All figures are in US$ that means less in AUD$ but not by much. Why should the SP drop after a good announcement? There is going to be immediate production from Texas and more production from Kentucky..and more of the same..and the oil price is rising. The news is better than it has been for months, and whatever is happening it could be the prelude to a big rush.
