If the new CEO was recruited from the outside I could accept maybe such a divergence in the timing of milestones. Rowena was touted as working with the other bloke side by side, what does this say about her ability to influence people. Either she believed back then that timelines were optimistic and she should have negotiated more realistic timeframes or she has no real abilities as someone who can influence. Or she saw an opportunity and took it. Has to be one of the above. Now assuming number 1, if she lacks the ability to influence, perhaps this is giving her some concern about the ability to get anything up and running, hence major timeline blowouts. Something is not right with this show, alot more trust and transparency is needed as we are danger of falling through the cracks. Lets be clear trust and transparency it would appear is something the new CEO is seeking to use to differentiate herself with from the other guy, thereby allowing her some more time, but how can you build trust and transparency from what appears to be a foundation comprising such a lack of transparency.
