I can’t complain at all about the company’s written communications.
However, their SH comms on an individual level are pretty bad. I’ve called the Sydney office and it’s never answered…just goes to message bank. Leave a message…no reply.
Send an email…no reply.
Come on guys; I expect better than this.
Looks like they’re nailing the science but failing on the housekeeping items. IMO
