How about you do a little bit of research? All these projects have their own website.
Many individual developers have multi GW in the development pipeline.
Tilt, part of Powar, are one of those developers. Even AGL has their own pipeline which you have ignored.
Iberdrola, Neoen, CWP, Ratch, RES, windlab, Arc energy are some of those names.
And that's not even considering offshore wind.
