I'm wondering why they couldnt negotiate offtakes/sales on terms that required some payment upfront, particularly since these are apparently "made to order" sales?
I also dont understand why, if our products are in such high demand and the Us/West wants to get REE supply from non-China, why wouldnt we be able to attract sales with ease?
Lastly why are we raising now at this SP, we have should enough cash to get through the quarter. Couldnt we have just held off a few more months? If we could evidence some decent sales and progress of other product line during Dec qtr, one would think the SP would have some appreciation, and so could do CR at that higher price. Are they not backing themselves to get anything meaningful done in the next few months?
Whilst I am happy to get updated timelines in the new preso, some of the timelines seem too generous, and dont make sense if the tech is proven to be scable and the products are in demand.
