The RE wasted millions of dollars of investors funds, working for months on this secret proposal (no CD1/2/3 investors asked for these changes) that was obviously contrary to CD1/2/3 investor's interests but of substantial benefit to E&P.
This is the second time the RE has done this. Now instead of having the vote, it cancelled it, in order to hide the massive vote of no confidence in E&P.
Investors should demand E&P reveal the votes FOR and AGAINST collected so far.
I suspect there is a massive majority against from CD1/2/3 and it implies the Directors who recommended this Proposal should resign and a change to drop E&P as the RE is the next step.
This isn't over and there is more to come; this time investors need to take charge!
