drop is simply due to reweighting. institutions are buying different sectors e.g. auto, industrials, healthcare and selective tech(e.g. netflix), some of which have spiked recently.
mining which performed strongly, they are selling/pausing on investments. WHC has performed thousands of % and they are switching the profits to other sectors. This could continue to suffer until the bottom is hit.
