"i had a site visit last week, i didn't see there's any possibility that the new warehouse would be finished this year" ....I presume you mean financial year??(otherwise i suggest picking up your marbles, before you lose them)!! and as a person within the construction industry and a simple extension as it is despite constraints 7 months (allowing for Christmas shut down) is well achievable!

I don't know why you still hold when you continue to down ramp... do us a favor there is the exit!!
