interest payment on notes

I would not expect the price of this stock to move up in the next two weeks. Record date of interest to be paid is 29th March. Interest to be paid in cash (unlikely) or shares at VWAP of previous 10 days less 10%.

For example,take Mr Bizzell's holdings of notes:-

13,000,000 @ 1.98 cents = $257,000 or

VWAP Price of 0.006 less 10% = .0054 = 47,600,000 shares.

or .008 less 10% = .0072 = 35,694,444 shares.

Where do you think the share price will be over the next two weeks??

He has been accummulating this stock for years. Every capital raising went to "professional investors".
