I think it's a good deal for Victoria & as a Victorian I have no problem with it, but could see how others have a different view.
sport brings in great revenue for Victorian businesses and $15M over a few years is pretty good compared to the public funds spent on the grand prix, Melbourne cup and other sports such as AFL.
I hate the Arts & all those boring musicals, plays & exhibition but i understand many people enjoy them so i have no issues with Arts receiving public funds
Gina must have thought $15M was good value too
unfortunately topics like this get hijacked by political views. Big reason why most on hotcopper are bad investors because they cannot be rational, only biased
