Todays presentation adds some flesh to what we know already. They have applied for an Australian patent which presumably provides legal protection within Australia. Gypsum is the reagent.
I reckon Mick Ruane and colleagues will get a patent before Len Jubber at Kalium achieves name plate.
I received an email from Lorry today and the presentation is for a Melbourne/London/Middle East roadshow. I doubt they would be embarking on a roadshow if further progress was contingent on a granted international patent. A JV with a non-disclosure agreement in place before the international patent is granted is probably the way forward.
