25% of votes were cast on traceless voting machines from 4 companies - all with Republican links and one whose CEO had promised to deliver for Busch at a Republican conference.
That's plenty of scope to change the outcome in the battleground states - where exit polls were 5% more in favour of Bsch that the final vote count.
How can you justify a voting system that does not allow a recount??
(easy - as long as your side won it's OK)
