Im positive ( no punn intended) China is using this Zero covid policy as an economic weapon to drive inflation in the West. They have effectively been exporting deflation with selling cheap stuff to the West which has kept a handle on the price of goods. XI couldnt give a shit about stamping out every single covid case.
