Have you read the last quarterly report? There is nothing in it which indicates any material change to the companies current operation in the short term. Lots of references to "on going discussions" about potential construction, offtake and finance agreements, but absolutely nothing concrete at all. In a few months time, the SP is likely to be 25% lower than it currently stands, and the cash on hand is likely to be $15-20 million at the current burn rate. Why not try and raise cash now, as the immediate future looks bleak at best.
