Some work better as EMA, some SMA. In bull markets EMA and shorter ma's as the lemmings chase the hot-stocks. In drawn out bear markets longer ma's as there are bull trap after bull trap in the down-cycles and the bottom doesn't normally jump (like a V) it dishes.
Interpretation yet again.
Momentum traders are not Race investors. That's the difference.
