Broker MST crossed 35 million FBR shares at 5.3¢ after the final bell, with investor sources pointing to Brickworks as the buyer.
The stake, equivalent to about 1 per cent of the company, is expected to take Brickworks to about 16 per cent of FBR’s shares on issue. It was acquired at a premium to the 5.1¢ close.
