Just a few other comments, armour plate quantity in a submarine is approx 10 to 15%, not that it matters now as sub deal is dead in the water, same for most land based vehicles.
Gas / power will be the biggest issue going forward, BOA Steel have a lot more to deal with than to worry about Q+T and Shandong that is a small part of their overall business, but it needs an eye kept on it...
