Bell Potter have a price of $2.98 on this so I think $3 is pretty close. If these guys managed to increase profits 40% last year in a bad year then I'd say 40% again this year is definitely doable which at $3 would only be a PE of 15.5.
As for selling shares, well someone has just exercised 170K and 50K worth of options. Sounds possible David Clarke sold some shares to exercise Options. We'll find out in a couple of days.
