I'm not so sure our revamped board residing in the States with next to no skin in the game are working in our interest . As ASX ordinary shareholders we have to trust our new US based board members and recently appointed US CEO not to screw us if they made a decision to wind up Maynes operations in Australia and become a $6 dollar share (if we were to consolidate) to enable Mayne list on the American exchange . What does that mean for us shareholders if we're no longer in the ASX zero protection as unsecured shareholders . Just saying because as lost a lot of money with 3 US listed stocks and shifty management years ago (2 went bankrupt 1 stopped trading ) Completely kept in the dark until too late sound familiar .
