While I appreciate your efforts, I think it is important to temper the excitement and expectation around ignition.
Firstly, I suspect that the process of ignition has indeed already started - remember the only intication of "combustion" that cxy will have will be based on chemical analysis of the gas produced, which is likely to take time to confirm, however I believe an announcement is not far away.
Seconly, the talk about flaring assumes that the flare will be visible. It is possible that a Ground flare is being used (more common where complex hydrocarbon gases - possibly dangerous gases - exist because they reduce these gases to CO2 and water). As such, it is unlikely to be a reliable indication of ignition.
Keep up the good work, but maybe treat yourself to a well earned sleep in?
