Enjoyed reading that because we sold out of property and bought A200 and other stocks in investment account three years ago and add to A200 every month. We recently diversified into TLT which gives a monthly dividend. These are prime investment vehicles and regular dividend allows you to deploy funds in other areas.
I have a $50k CFD account and seriously don't think it needs to be this large at all. the way I use CFD is I measure the amount of stop losses I have on account. I like to have 50 stop losses therefore stop loss value is $1k on $50k account. Doesn't need to be this large as funds just sit there unused so will deploy $25k in investment portfolio. But CFD is purely for cash flow.
