The main issue here is that we are all now paying the price for all the free money dished out for people who pretended to work from home and for the unemployed who bought more fags, drugs and booze during Covid lockdown. Sadly, I didn't get any of the free stuff and my wife made sure I didn't pretend to do anything but at least the Term Deposits look better now.
