Yeah the current board are merely Karl’s puppets. I was more referring to the article in the Financial Review last week where it was mentioned that Regal Funds Management were trying to get rid of the Chairman (who has resigned now anyway) and Jesse Todd. If they follow through on this and we end up with a more shareholder friendly board then it should be curtains for Karl.
