    Come off it. If ASX actually did anything wrong, theres no way we'd settle for a $3m loss (legal fees). It's out there now. It was all a smokescreen.

    You dont drop a $500m lawsuit because you want to focus on SP1, or even ISXFEU.

    We trailed this along for years, and now with a couple of months before the court case was actually going to start, drop the case to "focus on the business"? Nup.
