It was always about ASX can ask for, request and publish whatever information they like 'v' ISX not being treated fairly, reasonably, honestly and in good faith. These were the listing rules and terms agreed upon when ISX listed on the ASX. That's what was going to be tested in court. How would have the judges decision fallen in the end? We've debated these for a few years now and so too have the ASX and ISX's counsel's. Wise decision in the end for both parties. No point racking up $20m each in legals for what may have been 'realistically' $20-40m settlement 'if' successful. We are now free, time to discuss making money and listing. GLTA.
