if Montney was a sure thing Re JV do you think share price would be 14c ? no. that's the risk investors take. upside is huge if it comes off otherwise need to rely on existing production and prospects to substantiate market cap.
I'm in for the upside on a Montney JV as land will eventually be of interest to someone regardless of who's at the helm.
