Well that revised framework agreement back in May 2022 had both parties agree to future negotiations on a non-exclusive basis. That revised framework announcement is brilliant. I wish whoever wrote that was CEO of ASM. This period between July 2021 - July 2022 is a Pandora's box. The consortium IMO have no backers and I suspect this has been the case for some time, I also believe and this is my opinion that this had something to do with the tension at ASM during that period up until the time DW resigned.
You would think that KCF would be palpable buying US$15M at AUD8.90. But you will not here about them either.
I was hoping Ian Gandel and Kerry Gleeson were going to pay a premium for their shares say 8.90 each.
