I agree, placement to yourself and mates at 1.5 , shares and options to directors , doesn't look good without a plan.
ok Im on board for a change and the sale sign is out the front for my stake, but I need something where I can see a way to get back 5 /6 cents or better. (admittedly that's a market cap of $35m but still, not impossible)
