Sasha, I hear you but I don't even think a forensic audit is needed. It is that clear cut - re CAPEX / disclosure breaches, a quick review of emails, combined with a few phone calls to JF / Clough asking if / when figures were provided, combined with the self itnerest 6 month increase to his own termination period as contained in the 2022 Annual Report are a pretty compelling start, if not all that's needed, without spending unnecessary $'s and hours on this while using those resources to begin the reset and forward looking focus for the CMT.
