They are obviously giving the software away for free. New customers will only be onboarded all the time...its the same with many other listed companies...you can't make announcements for new users on the system - it has to be whitelabel arrangements or some bulk type transition: see hub24, netwealth or groups like UWL.
The cap raising at 9c's or whatever it was will haunt these guys for a long time and deservedly but the product is not as bad as its corporate governance is.
