Its a partial takeover and they already own 24.1%. Therefore they are proposing to buy 25% of your holding (at worst) at 25c, you will then be left with the balance and the stock will continue to trade on the ASX...
Not really a great result as share price likely to fall to pre bid (12-13c) level afterwards...
Doesnt solve any of CBH's funding issues etc. Just makes Toho's stranglehold on the company stronger.
