Given they have a very large resource, it makes sense to sell it to as many people as possible. Limits the demand risk, and maximises tonnage and profits.
All very good news for longer term holders, but people expecting a quick buck from a Wacker announcement will be disappointed (but they should have left in the last month anyway as we have floated in limbo).
