You can't make bombs without electricity though. You can't easily coordinate and move your bombs and weapons without a communications and electrical infrastructure. It is intelligent to blow that up if Russia wants to conquer them. This whole idea of going 'OMG how dare you strike our needed infrastructure, be a real man and shoot at me from 50m with an AK47' sounds like some child-like retaliation to basic reality. USA bombed the hell out of Iraq's infrastructure in both Iraq wars, as its first priority.

And it won't take long for Ukraine to collapse if Russia can keep them mostly free from electricity, 4-6 weeks IMO and the war will be over. But it isn't certain that will play out that way yet, maybe something else happens like NATO involvement or whatever. Hopefully any Ukrainians with ignorance about their own survival and reliance on government entities can use this time to educate themselves on their reliance of an entity which cares little for them.
