The plan that NCM & GGP has stated, is to shut down 1 train, and run the other train at 6Mtpa. And the current mining plan is to mine 2Mtpa or 3Mtpa from Havieron, for it's first 10 years mine life.
It's inevitable that AZY'S Minyari Dome Project will expand the current mine life of 7 years, to +10 year mining operation. Once this occurs, NCM will most definitely want to combine Havieron with Minyari Dome, as this would lift annual gold output to the +400,000 oz mark, and the combined gold grades will be 300-400% higher than Telfer's current grades.
Also, I'm not sure about now, but Telfer ore has/use to have a lot of cobalt which they used to sell. So that would be beneficial for Minyari Dome ore if it's processed at Telfer
