No, it won't.
It doesn't suddenly become a subsidiary of ISXF, just because it is delisted on the ASX.
Though I'm sure JK/NK/Advent1969/tothestars99 would like it to, because then he wouldn't have the remaining obligations that he still has to the shareholders in an unlisted public company.
It remains, as you said above, an unlisted public company.
However, once it's spent its money defending the ASIC case, the sensible thing for the directors to do is to put it into voluntary liquidation or hold a EGM to wind it up - that's assuming that it lasts long enough to get to the end of the ASIC case.
