I did not say it needed to be filled. Someone asked if it was still open. I said it indeed was still open. Gaps don't always fill.
If you want to ask my opinion on whether or not the gap will actually fill, that's another story.
Looking purely at the TA, I would expect the 15c gap to be filled, although this chart doesn't really tell me much else with much confidence.
Considering the company particulars, especially the expectation of the the DFS this month, I'm not at all sure the gap will fill and I'm not planning to sell any of my shares until the end of the month (and assuming the DFS is good and we're all systems go, I may not sell a share for years).
Once we actually do have the long-awaited DFS, you can throw everything else out the window, forget the previous guesswork and base your future predictions on the new information. For better or worse, hopefully better, it will be a complete game changer. I'm cautiously optimistic. I really don't think we've come to this point, all things considered, only for them to say 'Oh, the DFS says this won't actually be viable, we're not going ahead with anything, oops'. I think that's the basic market expectation too, so while 15c is only a couple of pips away, we likely won't touch it.
Assuming we don't get another delay (which absolutely positively will see the gap filled and then some), we'll have our answer this month, and I'm expecting it to be significantly positive.
