not sure you will have a choice to sell some at 25cps, how does this work if toho proposal gets shareholder approval, can we say no? or is it like a compulsory aquisition?
This can all still fall over, unlikely to be further bids as toho have pretty much said they will use their holdings to block any takeover attemp. think toho have us locked in a corner while they raid the share register.
