In my opinion is that if the BOD make threats of that magnitude and the very same people are responsible for the development of the technology, I would say that they have no belief in what they have tried to create and or given up on the technology and will only stay to clip the ticket without input to the future development.
If they were truly believing in the technology then they would make sacrifices until we have a clear positive path going forward in the development.
My thoughts are that there is no bonding or structure within the BOD to go forward.
Only my opinion but dump the BOD!
