How can one deduce whether someone is accumulating? Could the purchase just be a new investor willing to take a punt?? If the latter, does that still mean accumulation or just a buy in?
In any event, good to see modest sp rise lately in an otherwise overall down market. Hopefully some further news will result in more demand. Current pricing is still way way off any projected potentially higher levels. Maybe add more (ie: accumulate)?
