I dont disagree with your view on market manipulation happens across many sections of the market, has been reported to PAA, ASX and ASIC who do stuff all about it.
I do question how you come up with a sp of 28 cents, even with knowing that MPL is safe etc PAA can not attract a partner for canine trials with the phrase 2 trial being now in progress for over 2 years and Elanco saying no thanks.
No further human cancer trialling since 2016.
