Local fintech Till Payments to raise $200m - looking for a US IPO
o volume of payments said to be going through Till Payments’ network is US$14b (up from $US1 billion not long ago).
o This time last year,it secured $125 million in convertible notes at about a $500 million valuation
o investors include Barrenjoey Capital’s George Kanaan, Chad Mikhael and Tim Aurel-Smith, Steve Boxall, and UBS’ equities boss Clinton Wong.

There’s also Caledonia (Private) Investments co-CIO Will Vicars, Regal Funds Management, First Sentier head of Australian equities Dushko Bajic, Paradice Investment Management’s David Paradice and his large cap portfolio manager Troy Angus, and Vinva Investment Management’s MD Morry Waked.
