The ASX suspension is not mentioned in the ASIC Statement of Claim by ASIC. The word suspension appears 26 times, with 25 of these concerning the suspension of ISX by VISA. The only time that ASX Suspension is mentioned is because it was part of the title of the ISX shareholder letter sent out on 20 May 2020 and that document is referenced.
Is the ASX suspension relevant to the allegations being made by ASIC? Will it even get discussed in court? I do not know how these things work.
