Department of planning are not reviewing the flowsheet, not that you said they are, I am just pointing out it is a planning approval only subject to a conditional approval. ASM would have rolled the dice on that condition if they had too, there is no statutory requirement forcing them to wait. On the contrary maybe they welcome the stall.
