take out on half year report

Is it just me or do others read into Half Year Report that CTP have taken the high road and said "Enough is enough"??

Did you notice that the first paragraphs in report used phrases like "Within constraints of of current joint venture partners"
"Company wants to capitilise on early cash flow from any oil and from possible Helium discoveries"

Note this seems to be CTP priorities and later the report goes on to say "in the longer term seeking to build on gas reserves....."

This to me means a positive determined effort by CTP to get on with the most likely early monitesiton of prospects and stare BG in the face!!
