Personally I think your timing is off. Today’s announcement still leaves a ton of questions as to how this will all work with a fair bit more to play out. I’d say they would have pencilled and already extending well beyond today’s announcement, and I for one am curious what that means…
I think We need to know after all the dust settles, what direction they plan to take the company before I realistically think it would even be worth considering a 249D
MA and AC have already jumped and they would have been the ones facing the most scrutiny over all this…
im not saying perhaps some/ most / all of the Board shouldn’t be dropped, however at this point, I don’t see the urgency to not to allow this to get through to the next elections.
we have an issue here now of the board being paid at producer rates which if we plan to move back to an explore position, I would say they are overpaid. I don’t believe this is overly critical yet, but for the future yes.
id say Hepburn will feel the heat to keep position on both boards.
