I suspect most will prefer another bank loan, but if EWC did a 1 for 2 SSPP that would magic up ~45M..
Ov course the same old story prevails that a shareholder share purchase plan is a zero sum game, really even if you dont take your allocation..
ie. raise 45M.. 45M goes on the balance sheet..
