It seems that funding for commodities deals is still available.
I was interested to read that Freepoint closed a $2.6b facility with 20 banks in June.
Nice to have the very knowledgeable Freepoint sitting beside us as a large shareholder with skin in the game.
As Opex rightly says they wouldn't have bought the royalties if they weren't confident of an early start.
Hedging $30m and even providing debt funds is small fry for them.
