What do you mean worry bout a takeover? That would be welcome news for the SP currently, and I believe a sign that there is a lot mare value in the company... Think of it like this, it someone came in and offered $3 a share (which the board wouldn't accept anyway) it would be because the bidder thinks there is more value than $3..
