You're taking the 9 months TCI figure which includes almost $1b of negative currency translation adjustments. Imo better to look purely at the current quarter for evidence of turnaround. This shows a loss of $14.7m for the quarter which, without looking into the figures in too much detail, imo is what I would call a turnaround.
